Eurogroup refuses last minute offer from Greek PM ~ link

The Eurogroup has refused to extend the bailout program to Greece, rejecting PM Alexis Tsipras’ latest request for a new bailout, Finnish Finance Minister Alexander Stubb said at Tuesday’s teleconference.

The Eurogroup rejected two of the three terms proposed by the Greek prime minister Alexis Tsipras, Stubb added.
A third request, for a credit from the ESM, could be considered separately from the emergency procedures currently being used, he said in a tweet.

As part of retaliatory strikes over Saudi Arabia's ongoing aggression, the Yemeni army, backed by Ansarullah fighters, has hit a Saudi airbase in Saudi Arabia's second largest province of al-Riyadh with a Scud missile, a spokesman for the Yemeni army says.

“The missile units of our heroic armed forces launched today a Scud missile at the Al Sulayyil missile base in Riyadh province ... it comes as a response to the crimes of the brutal Saudi aggression,” Yemen's state-run news agency Saba quoted Brigadier General Sharaf Luqman, as saying on Tuesday.

Iran and P5+1 extend nuclear talks by 1 week ~ link

The six world powers and Iran have come to an agreement to extend the interim deal on Tehran’s nuclear program until July 7 to allow more time for talks to reach a final deal. The decision was made Tuesday, which had previously been set as a deadline.

"The P5+1 and Iran have decided to extend the measures under the Joint Plan of Action until July 7 to allow more time for negotiations to reach a long-term solution ... on the Iran nuclear issue," Marie Harf, senior adviser for strategic communications at the US State Department, said.

The EU Council issued a similar statement, confirming the extension of talks for a week.
