Israel stages massacre in Gaza's eastern Shejalya District ~ link ~ And the political whores in the US Congress, UK Parliament, French Parliament, etc. keep passing resolutions/etc. supporting the evil bloody Israelis!!!  Stirling

Dozens of people have lost their lives and several others injured in Israel’s heavy shelling of Gaza's eastern Shejaiya district.

This comes as Israeli tanks and artillery continue to shell northern and eastern Gaza, while fighter jets keep pounding other positions in the densely-populated region.

Initial reports say at least 50 people were killed and hundreds more wounded in Israeli bombardment on the eastern part of the besieged enclave over the past few hours.

Witnesses say bodies of Palestinian women and children lie on the ground after Israel assaults the Shejaiya neighborhood in Gaza, forcing thousands of panicked civilians to flee.

The death toll is expected to rise as a large number of injured are lying on the streets. The Israeli army has reportedly prevented ambulances and emergency services from reaching the area.

The bloodshed continues in the besieged Gaza Strip for the 13th straight day as there is no let-up to the Israeli onslaught on the coastal enclave.

Medics say the overall Palestinian death toll has now soared to at least 410. The figure jumped high following a massive Israeli assault on Shejaiya district and its surroundings.

Israeli warplanes and soldiers backed by tanks intensified its aerial and ground operations. More than 3,000 Palestinians have also been wounded since July 8.
Medics are now warning of a serious humanitarian crisis in Gaza as hospitals are running out of basic medical supplies.

Medical officials in Gaza have told a Press TV correspondent that many of those wounded have lost their lives in hospital due to a lack of medical supplies.

Gaza shelling by Israel 'most intense' large numbers of civilians killed ~ link

Gaza has come under the most intense shelling since the launch of Israel's offensive, with more than 50 people reported killed in one district.

The deaths occurred at Shejaiya, east of Gaza City, Palestinian medics said. Eyewitnesses spoke of bodies lying in the streets.

Norwegian surgeon in Gaza hospital: "This is outrageous, horrific and unbelievable ... what's happening is no less than premeditated killing and genocide. ~ link ~
In an interview with Safa News, Gilbert says the Israeli occupation deliberately uses internationally forbidden destructive weapons in its continued onslaught on Gaza.
"Israeli bombs cause injuries that cannot be immediately seen via x-ray," Gilbert said, "After a period of time, the injury starts to bleed."

"The material used in these bombs is uncommon, which explains why we cannot cure the injured parts, and in some cases doctors are forced to amputate them," he says.

Over 60 killed - Death toll passes 410 ~ link

More than 60 Palestinians were killed Sunday as Israeli forces pounded northern Gaza, sending thousands more fleeing in terror in the deadliest assault on the enclave in five years. Sunday's bloody toll prompted urgent efforts by the International Committee of the Red Cross to broker a temporary ceasefire to allow paramedics to evacuate the dead and wounded in a deal accepted by both sides.

Inside the ravaged neighbourhood of Shejaiya, there were hellish scenes of carnage and chaos as a convoy of ambulances rushed in to make the most of the calm, a correspondent said. But it lasted less than an hour, with Israel accusing Hamas militants of firing in violation of the agreement, and saying its forces were "responding accordingly."

Palestinian death toll soars as Israel pounds north ~ link ~ The people are crammed into the Gaza Strip, in what is a large concentration camp, now turned into a kill zone for the IDF!!!  Stirling

Hamas: We killed 32 Israeli troops ~ link ~

Al-Qassam Brigades, which is the military wing of Hamas, says Palestinian resistance fighters have killed at least 32 Israeli soldiers since Saturday.

Hamas military sources say scores of Israeli soldiers injured in the clashes with Palestinian fighters have been transferred to hospital. A senior Israeli military commander is said to be among them.

This is while a fresh volley of Palestinian retaliatory rockets have hit several areas in Israel, including a neighborhood in Tel Aviv. More retaliatory rockets have been fired out of the Gaza Strip deep into Israel. Warning sirens have wailed in several Israeli cities including Tel Aviv, Eshkol and Be'er Sheva.

Political analysts say the war on Gaza is taking its toll on the Israeli army, with Palestinian fighters stepping up their retaliatory attacks.

Israel pitilessly pounds the men, women and children of Gaza with impunity ~ link ~ Speak out on this great evil, don't be silent.  Let this begin the end of such evil from that evil state.  The nations of the world should NOT allow this to continue and to re-happen every few years.  Shameful to the max.  Stirling

President of the Palestinian National Unity Government Mahmoud Abbas says the international community should intervene to halt Israel’s dangerous military offensive. He has warned that the recent wave of violence could plunge the whole region into more instability.

Anti-Israel protests have been held around the world as Tel Aviv presses ahead with its deadly aerial and ground assaults on the besieged Gaza Strip.

Donetsk residents flee Junta's military operations ~ link ~
Residents in Ukraine’s volatile Donetsk region continue to flee for their lives as Kiev carries on with its military operations against pro-Russia forces.

Several buses packed with Ukrainian civilians left on Wednesday the eastern region of Donetsk for Russia’s Rostov region. According to a local refugee committee, about 500 people embarked on the journey from eastern Ukraine, as government forces continue to fight against pro-Russians in the Donetsk region.
