The move to create corridors meets one of Russia's main demands.
But Mr Poroshenko has still not accepted the Kremlin's request to allow Russian aid into the east - a move that Kiev fears could be used to arm the rebels.

The Baltic Sea and skies are getting crowded as Russia launches military training of its assault forces in the exclave of Kaliningrad in answer to the double war-games being conducted by joint NATO forces on the territory of the three Baltic States.
NATO’s decision to conduct dual war games next to Russian borders in the Baltic has not been left unaddressed by Russia’s Defense Ministry, which prepared a surprise training of first strike forces – marines, paratroopers and long-range bombers - right in the backyard of the NATO military maneuvers. “We conduct military training simultaneously with the international war games that have started in Europe, Saber Strike-2014 and BALTOPS-2014,” said the ministry’s press service.

“They [Baltic countries] want to be cannon fodder in some type of future dispute or fight between Russia and the US,” Jim W. Dean told Press TV in an interview.
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) on Monday launched war games near Russia’s border as tensions rise between the West and Moscow over Ukraine.
The analyst stated that the Baltic countries should not have accepted to join the maneuvers “because with the NATO bases there if anything really started they would have to be taken out and destroyed right away.”“You would think that the Baltic countries would be smart enough to figure this out, but obviously they haven’t [been so],” said Dean.

The killing of two Palestinian teenagers by Israeli military forces on May 15 during a demonstration in the occupied West Bank might be a war crime, according to Human Rights Watch.

Video footage, photographs, witness statements, and medical records indicate that Israeli military forces used live ammunition against the boys and 15-year-old Mohammed Azza, who was seriously wounded in the incident, Human Rights Watch said in a report, entitled ‘Killing of Children, Apparent War Crime,’ released Monday.
