Crimea's Prime Minister asks Russia for help in maintaining peace in the region ~ link ~

This takes things to a new higher and more dangerous level.  Will the deposed President of the Ukraine also ask for Russian military assistance?  What will the right-wing fascists in Kiev do?  What will NATO/EU/USA do???  Another airport seized during the night by Russian commandos. The Crimean Prime Minister takes control of the local troops, police/etc., tells officers if they need to, to resign, as he readies for WAR!!!  The reality on the ground is that the Crimea has fallen to Russia...The question is WHAT WILL RUSSIA DO NEXT!!!  Stirling   
"I appeal to the president of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, to provide assistance in ensuring peace and tranquillity on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea," Serhiy Aksyonov said in a statement.

Mr Aksyonov, who was appointed by the Crimean parliament on Thursday, also said he was taking control of Crimea's interior ministry, armed forces, fleet and border guards "on a temporary basis".
