"And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?
- Alexander Solzhenitsyn, "The Gulag Archipelago" (1973)
We are living in a propaganda matrix that is controlled by a tiny demonic global banking elite.  Their almost total control of the mainstream news media and most politicians allows them to do all types of PsyOps that in a normal society would 'never fly'.  Stirling

Color code for this site:

Red = Very high importance and/or danger, or military topic; if yellow or black lettering or if black background is used, extreme importance and/or danger; if lime green lettering is used = 'oh crap'; if turquoise lettering used = End of Days

Red lettering with yellow highlight = Gun control, gun confiscation, Sandy Hook Massacre and others

Blue = Occupy Wall Street/World/Together & European anti-austerity fascist  events/Eurozone Crisis, Global Depression & End the Fed

Green = Egypt Second Revolution; "Arab Spring"

Lime Green = High importance; with purple lettering it refers to Fukushima or nuclear issues.

Green with Gold lettering - fascism/police state
Dark Blue background with white lettering = Scottish story
Lt. Blue with white lettering = Aviation story

Red lettering with mid-blue background ~ election coverage/stories

Yellow = Important

Yellow with Green = HAARP

Blue Purple with white = Royalty or Church

Red Purple with gray~BP Oil Disaster and climate effects, extreme weather, food shortages.

Pink with white = Big Pharma  and Big Agriculture, health, nutrition

Rose Pink with Black = Swine Flu and other potential pandemics.

Black = Normal story.

Turquoise = Science, health, music, humor, or just something I like and want to share.
Why have a color code?  Well I have a tendency to want to highlight really important things so I use this system.  Also, this is a low-cost one-man news blog and I simply want to add some color to the site and also help to group stories.  Tim Earl of Stirling

     End of Days
Time Is Running Out

US Defense Secretary calls North Korean 'Clear and Present Danger' - US will deploy missile defense system in Guam ~ link ~ The war talk continues on both sides.  Is this just so much BS, or does it indicated that a horrific Second Korean War is about to explode???  Even if not the latter, the increased tensions could trigger an accidental event that could get out-of-hand quickly.   Stirling

Prominent arms analyst Jeffrey Lewis told an Australian think-tank that U.S. troop movements west of the peninsula indicate that a North Korean missile launch is imminent.

From the Lowy Institute for International Policy:
This is unacceptable. The United States, Australia and other allies appear to be taking important policy decisions on the basis of the imminent deployment of the KN-08 [A North Korean missiles]. If this is the case, they should say so directly and provide the basis for asserting the imminent deployment of the KN-08.

KN-08 Missile:

KN-08: The semi-mobile limited range ICBM ~ link

KN-08: Three-stage long-range North Korean  nuclear missile - with photos ~ link ~ One would only have to place one of these, with a nuclear payload, on-board a ship (could be a civilian vessel flying a 'flag-of-convenience') and move it say a thousand miles closer to America and fire same from the center of the ocean.  The 'target', for maximum impact with very limited numbers of nukes, would be a high-altitude burst (near or over continental USA) resulting in severe EMP (electromagnetic pulse) damage to over half of the US civilian infrastructureThis could throw a large part of America back into the Pre-Industrial Age for many years as a large part of the electronic based modern technology and electrical grid would be 'fried' by the EMP, this would include a significant percentage of civilian cars and trucks.  If such an attack were launched from the mid-ocean and the target was over the Pacific Ocean, or even over the Atlantic Ocean, a few hundred miles offshore of America, the existing US anti-missile systems might not be able to intercept it, yet the EMP blast well off-shore would still be effective over half or so of the 'Lower 48' states!!!

Movement of Missiles by North Korea Concerns USA ~ link  ~ The discovery by American intelligence agencies that North Korea is moving mobile missile launchers around the country, some carrying a new generation of powerful rocket, has spurred new assessments of the intentions of the country’s young new leader, Kim Jong-un, who has talked about economic change but appears to be accelerating the country’s ability to attack American allies or forces in Asia, and ultimately to strike across the Pacific.

The new mobile missile, called the KN-08, has not yet been operationally deployed, and American officials say it may not be ready for some time. But the discovery that the mobile units have already been dispersed around the country, where they can be easily hidden, has prompted the White House, the Pentagon and intelligence agencies to reassess whether North Korea’s missile capabilities are improving at a pace that poses a new challenge to American defenses.

  • Submarine/ship-based launch:
The Korean People's Navy is not known to have any ballistic missile submarines in its inventory, but has acquired 2 Foxtrot class and 10 Golf-II class submarines for scrapping in 1993. The latter are capable of firing three SLBM. It is possible that North Korea has refurbished some of those with the help of more than 20 Russian experts or upgraded them to accommodate the larger Musudan-1.[14] Another option is that their launch tubes have been studied, and either externally fitted to Romeo/Whiskey-class submarines, or simply deployed on a cargo ship.[15] In both cases, the DPRK has vessels capable of striking American bases in Japan, Guam, Hawaii, or even targets on the west coast of the United States.

North Korea conducts rocket test of the KN-08 mobile ICBM one day before successful miniaturized atomic device test ~ link ~ This means that if they have several of the ICBMs and miniaturized nuclear warheads for same, they now know that they are apt to work and can 'deliver ordinance on target'!!!  That is very BAD NEWS!!!  Stirling

US escalates military tensions over the North Korean nuclear weapons program ~ link ~ This story has two very important aspects: One, the clear message from the US Secretary of State that America WILL NOT ACCEPT North Korea as a nuclear state; Two, that the South Koreans have reverted to the earlier policy of granting operational control of South Korean forces to America in case of war (something that IS indicative of late-stage war preparations).  I am coming around to considering that the theory that the global elites are going to use the Korean Crisis as the trigger for the Third World War.  This is far from certain but increasingly likely.  Of course, we could still events in the Middle East as the trigger with other war theaters, such as the Korean Peninsula, joining in shortly after the outbreak of hostilities in the Middle East.  In any case, the likelihood of a Second Korean War as a war theater to World War III is now very high!!!   Stirling

For his part, Kerry said the US “will not accept North Korea as a nuclear state.” This formulation, applied to Iran, has been used to signal US willingness to go to war to keep Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon. On Monday, South Korea announced arrangements that give US operational control of South Korean forces in wartime and reportedly authorize possible “pre-emptive strikes” against Pyongyang.

US expert: Korean crisis to cause global thermonuclear war - with video ~ link ~ Mike Billington said North Korea’s “extreme rhetoric” and South Korea’s “tit-for-tat response” are likely to trigger a “global thermonuclear war which has to be seen in the context of the greatest global financial collapse now spreading across Europe and the United States.”

“If the North were to carry out another provocation as they have in the past by shelling an Island or something on that scale South Korea is totally capable and ready to respond with a fierce military response,” he told Press TV.

Russia is worried by 'explosive' North Korean situation - with video ~ link ~  The Korean Crisis has a 'hair-trigger' aspect to it that makes things very dangerous.   Stirling
