West moves in for Syrian Endgame and War on Iran ~ link ~ And a "little thing" called World War III and Armageddon.   Stirling
After 21 months of international conspiracy, the American-led propaganda war on Syria seems to be moving towards the endgame of providing the political cover for direct Western military attack on that unfortunate country. This is, of course, outrageously criminal. But it is entirely predictable from the bigger picture strategic agenda of Washington and its allies: to roll over the anti-imperialist Syrian enemy, install a pliable pro-Western regime, and then pave the way for the next round of war in the region - against Iran.

US and allies prepared to 'rapidly' intervene if Assad uses chemical weapons ~ link ~ Talk about a set-up for a False Flag event to begin WWIII.  It appears that the evil ones are going to begin the Third World War soon!!!   Stirling
Countries which border Syria such as Jordan, Turkey and even Israel could also be included in a US-led military coalition, Maariv reported on Wednesday morning.

However, King Abdullah II said that Jordan “will not be party to any military intervention in Syria, which is contrary to our position, principles and national interests.”

Allied forces on standby for Syrian military intervention ~ link ~ The US is ready to launch military action in Syria “within days” if President Assad resorts to mobilising chemical weapons in an attempt to repel rebel forces trying to seize Damascus, The Times has been told.

American-led military intervention, which would also involve Britain and other allies, is not imminent but the Pentagon and Central Command, which has authority for US operations in the Middle East, were ready to respond if necessary, sources said yesterday.

Syrian Army seizes control over "rebels" bastion city ~ link ~ The Syrian army could regain control over a major part of the rebels' main bastion, Homs, and established security in three-fourth of the city after a fierce battle with terrorist groups.

South China Sea disputes flare up ~ link ~ Territorial disputes in the South China Sea between Beijing and its South East Asian neighbours have erupted again over media reports last week that China’s Hainan province had approved new regulations to board and search foreign ships in Chinese waters. The province is directly adjacent to the South China Sea and administers islands in the area under Chinese control.

On Monday, Singapore also expressed “concern” over China’s plan to board and search ships, implying that it could affect international sea lanes where about one third of the world’s shipping activity takes place. Singapore is not a claimant to territory in the South China Sea.

Syrian War Preparations: NATO selects Patriot missile sites in Turkey ~ link ~ Also see ~ linkNATO military experts have selected sites for the deployment of at least three Patriot air defense systems along Turkey’s border with Syria, local media reported on Monday.

NATO member Turkey formally requested Patriot missiles from the military alliance after weeks of talks with NATO allies about how to shore up security on its 900-kilometer (560 mile) border. Syria is believed to have several hundred surface-to-surface missiles capable of carrying chemical warheads.

Damascus has repeatedly stated that it would not use chemical weapons against its own people, but could deploy them to thwart “external aggression.”

US Senate passes $631 billion military spending bill 98-0 ~ link ~ Not even one Senator had the guts to stand up to the globalists and Zionists!!!  Stirling

The Senate has unanimously passed their version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), a $631 billion military spending bill, with 98 votes in favor. The unanimity of the vote, according to analysts, was because of a “lack of controversial issues.”
The things that weren’t controversial enough to muster even a single no vote included a new round of sanctions against Iran, a permanent ban on ever transferring detainees from Guantanamo Bay, and continued funding for the occupation of Afghanistan.

Israel gives Chatzpah new meaning ~ link ~ The Yiddish word derives from the Hebrew hutspa. It means insolence or audacity. The Urban Dictionary adds “unmitigated effrontery or impudence.”

Leo Rosten’s “The Joys of Yiddish” calls it “gall, brazen nerve, effrontery, incredible guts, presumption plus arrogance such as no other word and no other language can do justice to.” Rosten said it embraces “that quality enshrined in a man who, having killed his mother and father, throws himself on the mercy of the court because he is an orphan.”

USS Eisenhower supercarrier battle group arrives off Syrian shore ~ link ~ The USS Eisenhower group joins the USS Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group which carries 2,500 Marines.

Facing Syria now are 10,000 US fighting men, 70 fighter-bombers and at least 17 warships, including the three Iwo Jima amphibious craft, a guided missile cruiser and 10 destroyers and frigates.

"Rebels" appear to be closing in on Syria's Assad ~ link ~ Syrian opposition forces captured a military air field, as well as the army's 22nd Brigade air defense base, both just outside Damascus. The capture, accomplished by the Free Syrian Army, was described by the pan-Arab Al-Arabiya news network as “an important military achievement.”

Rebel forces have also cut off a sprawling military base outside of Aleppo. Some 450 loyalist soldiers have been trapped inside since Tuesday with their water supply shot out. But rather than simply leveling the base, rebel spokesman Ali Jadian told the U.S.-based CNN news network the opposition wanted to give them a chance to defect.

Israel rejects UN calls for nuclear transparency ~ link ~ Israel has rebuffed a UN call to adhere to the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and open itself to international inspectors, calling the suggestion a "meaningless mechanical vote" of a body that “lost all its credibility regarding Israel.”

In a 174-6 vote, the United Nations General Assembly demanded in a non-binding call that Tel Aviv join the NPT “without further delay," in an effort to create a legally binding nuclear-free Middle East.

US youth jobless rate hits 50-year record ~ link ~ Destroying lives all over the world in multiple ways...the Global Banking Cartel!  Stirling

The number of youth who are neither employed nor in school in the United States has hit a half a century record high.

According to a report published by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, more than 6.5 million teens and young adults aged 16 to 24 in the United States are neither in school nor working, reaching a new record high since the 1950s.

The report went on to say that only about 50 percent of American teens and young adults held jobs in 2011, with the employment rate for teens aged 16 to 19 falling 42 percent over the last decade.

Of those without school or work, 1.4 million are young parents who can "perpetuate an intergenerational cycle of poverty" as they continue to fail to find work.
