Ancient Scottish Barony Title for sale.  There are about 100 Scottish feudal baronies  that still exist; only a handful are from the very ancient Baronage of the Isles, as this one is.  In a time of economic crisis, it pays to put some of your wealth into important artwork, properties, etc. of rare value.  This is one of the most rare things that can be purchased and held. For sale at US$150,000 ~ link

UPDATED: GROUNDHOG DAY - 1 February 2011 - 1 am Chicago Time - 7 am London Time - 9 am Egyptian Time  -

On Tuesday, Egypt time, it is expected that there will be a one million person strong march, in Cairo, to the Presidential Palace.  The government is certain to make every effort to stop this march from getting anywhere near the Palace.  The chances that this will get out-of-control are very high.  Tuesday could see the Revolution in Egypt take a very nasty turn.  For every day that Mubarak stays in power, the Muslin Brotherhood will grow stronger and that greatly complicates the strategic environment in the Middle East.  This is all a part of the unfolding final period of the End Times.  Hang on, it is going to get more than a bit 'bumpy'.  Stirling

Mubarak's Grip on Power Is Shaken ~ link

There appeared to be more protesters in Tahrir Square in Cairo on Monday than on previous days
The government of Egypt’s authoritarian president, Hosni Mubarak, shook Monday night, first as the Egyptian Army declared that it would not use force against protesters demanding his ouster, and then as Mr. Mubarak’s most trusted adviser offered to talk with the political opposition.

Within hours on Monday, the political landscape of the country shifted as decisively as it had at any moment in Mr. Mubarak’s three decades in power. The military seemed to aggressively assert itself as an arbiter between two irreconcilable forces: a popular uprising demanding Mr. Mubarak’s fall and his tenacious refusal to relinquish power.
How far Mr. Mubarak is offering to bend in negotiations remains to be seen, and given the potential ambiguities of both statements it is too soon to write off the survival of his government.

The dramatic turn of events began at about 9 p.m. when a uniformed military spokesman declared on state television that “the armed forces will not resort to use of force against our great people.” Addressing the throngs who took to the streets, he declared that the military understood “the legitimacy of your demands” and “affirms that freedom of expression through peaceful means is guaranteed to everybody.”

Protests persists in Egypt as New Cabinet is seated ~link ~ As tens of thousands of protesters gathered in central Liberation Square to shout for his ouster, President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt reshuffled his government on Monday, a gesture that the opposition has already dismissed as inadequate.

US begins evacuation flights from Cairo for American citizens   ~ link ~ The State Department began a voluntary evacuation of American citizens from Egypt on specially chartered flights to “safe havens” on Monday as unrest continued to roil the country.

The first American government flight departed Cairo International Airport for Larnaca, Cyprus, in the early afternoon with 42 passengers, followed by two flights to Athens with about 177 passengers each, according to Elizabeth O. Colton, a spokeswoman for the American Embassy in Cairo. She said that as many as six more flights were preparing to take off on Monday with more to follow during the week.

Egypt crisis: Beleaguered Mubarak reshuffles cabinet - with video ~ link ~ Notice how the mainstream news media just can't seem to come to terms with calling the revolution a 'revolution' or the revolutionaries 'revolutionaries', and instead refers to them as protesters.   Stirling

Interior Minister Habib al-Adly, widely despised by protesters, and the finance minister have been replaced.
However, correspondents say it is likely demonstrators will only settle for Mr Mubarak's removal from office.
Protesters have called a general strike and plan a huge march on Tuesday.

Mr Mubarak, who has been in power for 30 years, has ordered new Prime Minister Ahmed Shafiq to push through democratic reforms and create new jobs. But there are few major changes in the new cabinet line-up, with Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit and Defence Minister Gen Mohamed Hussein Tantawi - who also becomes deputy PM - both keeping their posts.

Egypt is another Soros "Color Revolution" ~ link ~ Check out the full article at the link.   Stirling         The turmoil in Egypt is another  contrived, Illuminati backed "color" revolution designed to install puppets more subservient to their London-based masters.  Over the last decade, we have seen such "revolutions" in Serbia, Georgia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia and recent failed attempts in Burma, Iran and Thailand.

"Human rights" and "democracy" is always the pretext for these Illuminati gambits, dating back to the French and Russian Revolutions. They take advantage of genuine grievances to hoodwink the public.

This time there was no color scheme to tip us off but the unanimous support by the Illuminati-controlled mass media was a signal. You wouldn't hear about it otherwise. (For example, did you know that real nationalists took over the government of Hungary?)

The confirmation is the man they are touting to replace Hosni Mubarak.

Globalist widget, Mohammed El Baradei is a trustee of the "International Crisis Group"  an "independent" non-profit group run by bankers to incite revolutions and profit from them. His fellow trustee is none other than the ubiquitous Rothschild front man, George Soros.

El Baradei, who recently resigned as Director of the Intl. Atomic Energy Agency, is being groomed by the Illuminati to replace Mubarak. (He and his agency won the 2005 Nobel Prize.) In April, he gave a speech at Harvard saying he was "looking for a job" and wanted to be "an agent of change and advocate for democracy" in Egypt. This is code for local boss in the NWO banker tyranny. (Barack Obama has taught us about "change.")

In February, El Baradei was part of a new non-party political movement called the "National Association for Change" which included a leader of the banned Masonic Muslim Brotherhood. The Muslim brotherhood is a proxy for Britain's MI-6 masquerading as Muslim fundamentalists. In November they were roundly defeated in elections, so this "revolution" seems to be their answer. Mubarak wisely jailed their leaders.

The day Egyptians lost their fear - video ~ link ~ I suspect that Mubarak will try to re-instill that fear on Tuesday, but it will just create massive rage and total chaos.  Stirling

Tunisia: Arrest warrant issued for ex-president Ben Ali - video ~ link Tunisia has issued an international arrest warrant for ousted President Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali and his family, the nation's justice minister has said. Lazhar Karoui Chebbi said the interim government had asked members states to work via Interpol to detain Mr Ben Ali, who fled to Saudi Arabia on 14 January. Mr Chebbi said Mr Ben Ali was accused of illegally acquiring property and assets and transferring funds abroad.

The minister was speaking as anti-government protests continued. Police fired tear gas at hundreds of demonstrators after they reportedly tried to breach barricades around the prime minister's office in the capital, Tunis. Some in crowd responded by throwing stones at the police. They were demanding that members of the interim government who served under Mr Ben Ali - including Prime Minister Mohamed Ghannouchi and the defence, interior, finance and foreign ministers - step down.

Jimmy Carter: Hosni Mubarak 'will have to leave' ~ linkSpeaking at his church in Plains, Ga., on Sunday, Carter weighed in on the emerging crisis, saying he thinks Mubarak will have no choice but to give up his position of power. “[My] guess is Mubarak will have to leave,” he said, according to a report in the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer.

“This is the most profound situation in the Middle East since I left office,” Carter said. In 1978, Carter moderated a peace accord between Israel and Egypt that is still in effect. A group of U.S. citizens were held hostage in the U.S. Embassy in Tehran for 444 days, from late in 1979 until Ronald Reagan was sworn in as Carter’s successor in January 1981.

US Air Force
Connecticut National Guard Detachment 2, Company I, 185th Aviation Regiment of Groton left Connecticut on January 15 for Fort Benning, for further training and validation, a Press TV correspondent reported on Monday.

Fort Benning is a United States Army base located southeast of the city of Columbus in Alabama.

The unit, which has been deployed to the Middle East three times in the past seven years, has provided support for US and international forces stationed in war-torn Iraq and Afghanistan.

The unit operates C-23C Sherpa aircraft and will provide aviation support for the MFO commander.

The MFO is an international peacekeeping force overseeing the terms of the peace treaty between Egypt and Israel.

Clinton Ambassador Meeting: Unprecedented Mass Meeting of Top Envoys ~ link ~ This strikes me as something very serious.  A preparation for global conflict is my educated guess!  Stirling
Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is convening an unprecedented mass meeting of U.S. ambassadors.
The top envoys from nearly all of America's 260 embassies, consulates and other posts in more than 180 countries will be gathering at the State Department beginning on Monday. Officials say it's the first such global conference.

North Korea has more secret nuclear sites says UN report ~ link ~ North Korean officials showed Mr Hecker, from Stanford University, an apparently fully functional uranium enrichment plant at the Yongbyon complex in November. The UN's panel of experts, which assesses the sanctions regime against Pyongyang, was asked to produce the report after Mr Hecker briefed the Security Council on his visit.

Diplomats told Bloomberg that their report concluded that centrifuges and other equipment at the Yongbyon reactor had previously operated at one or more secret locations.
Another diplomat told Reuters: "There's no way they could have outfitted the centrifuge facility between 2009 and now without there being additional secret sites." According to the diplomats - who were not identified because the report has not yet been published - Mr Hecker told the panel it was unlikely that the North could have manufactured all of the equipment.
Selling the people short ~ link
Many industries that started in America have moved abroad under free trade (FTA) agreements to take advantage of cheap labour. Thus, Americans lose jobs at home to countries where labour costs less.
According to an analysis by the Economic Policy Institute (EPI), the number of US jobs created by export expansion in relation to the number lost to the growth of foreign imports, because of NAFTA in its first ten years, resulted in a net loss of 879,280 jobs. Other free trade agreements have had similarly disastrous results for employment in America. President Obama, while expressing concern and hopes for job creation, has been simultaneously pushing for additional FTAs.

The problem: high unemployment for Americans. The solution has been to develop industries in America that cannot be moved abroad. One in particular, the defence industry, keeps its secrets and employees at home.

Warning America at the end of his presidency, Dwight Eisenhower, US general and commander of forces in WWII said, “We must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex.”

Senior Khmer Rough leaders appear in Cambodian court ~ link ~ Hang the bastards!   Stirling

Three of the most senior surviving leaders of the Khmer Rouge have appeared in court in Cambodia. Nuon Chea, Ieng Thirith and Khieu Samphan attended a hearing at the UN-backed war crimes tribunal to request release from pre-trial detention.

They and another senior figure face charges of genocide for their roles in the deaths of about two million Cambodians between 1975 and 1979.

UK Nimrod AEW Aircraft: Why It Was Scrapped ~ linkDEFENCE Secretary Liam Fox last night faced being hauled before MPs to explain his controversial decision to scrap Britain’s Nimrod early warning aircraft at a cost of £4.2billion.
In an official statement, Gen Richards said: “This project was delayed and overspent; cancelling it will save £2billion over 10 years. None of these nine aircraft was operational, only one was built and it had not passed flight tests. Since March last year, well before the Strategic Defence Spending Review, the Nimrod MR2 has not flown and we have been mitigating the impact with other military assets and by working with allies where appropriate.”

However, it has been revealed that three of the aircraft were complete and met operational specification. Production Aircraft 4 and 5 had both flown and PA6 was ready, barring ground engine testing which would have taken just a matter of weeks. PA1 and PA2 had completed flight tests.

Blizzard, Ice Storm, Nasty Cold All Aiming for Midwest ~ link ~

Both a major blizzard and an ice storm will hit a large portion of the Midwest just ahead of Groundhog Day. Arctic air will charge in during the storm in some areas and after the storm in others, leading to additional concerns. For some locations, the storm may be a two-day event or much longer than a typical winter storm.

An area of snow streaking eastward from the northern Plains and spotty ice breaking out over the middle Mississippi Valley Monday is just the start of the storm that will grow much worse with time. A blizzard will target areas from Wichita Falls to Oklahoma City, Wichita, Kansas City and Chicago with blinding snow and extensive blowing and drifting. The snow could fall fast enough to strand motorists on roadways.
