Dear Tim,

My deepest sympathies to you in the loss of your dog. My wife and I lost our own beloved Sheltie --
our "daughter dog" -- some years ago, and we understand very well how devastating such a loss can be.

In case you are not familiar with it, I am attaching a link to a piece written by Eugene O'Neill in commemoration of his own dog, "The Last Will and Testament of Silverdene Emblem O'Neill", in the hope that it may help you to weep, and grieve, and eventually recover.

With sincere sympathy and warm personal regards,
