Pakistan and India clash in Kashmir - Three dead ~ link ~ Just a small flair up on one of the most dangerous borders in the world. Both India and Pakistan have hundreds of nuclear warheads and the missiles to deliver them. Trouble is, the warning time to impact from missile radar lock on is about two to three minutes...that puts everything on a 'hair trigger'. If these two long time enemies ever really go at one another, the nuclear blasts and fallout will kill billions. Stirling
Kashmir border deaths spark India and Pakistan row ~ link ~ Indian forces have killed three Pakistani soldiers in firing across the Line of Control in the disputed region of Kashmir, the Pakistani army says.
Correspondents say the latest incident underlines the fragility of ties between India and Pakistan, which have fought two of their three wars since 1947 over Kashmir.
Gaddafi vows to continue fighting ~ link ~ I am not in a position to really judge how effective that statement really is. Almost all information that we receive on Libya is from the mainstream news media and they lie most of the time. He may be in a position to wage an effective war or his time may be just about up. Hard to tell. Stirling

Gaddafi: Tribes will not surrender ~ link ~ Muammar Gaddafi has been quoted as warning that tribes loyal to him in key strongholds are armed and won't surrender to Libyan rebels, a blow to opposition hopes of a peaceful surrender of the ousted leader's hometown of Sirte.
Gaddafi vows fight as world backs new leaders ~ link ~ Muammar Gaddafi urged his supporters from hiding to fight on as Libya's new interim rulers met world leaders on Thursday to discuss reshaping a nation torn by 42 years of one-man rule and six months of civil war.
"Let it be a long battle. We will fight from place to place, from town to town, from valley to valley, from mountain to mountain," Gaddafi said in a message relayed by satellite TV on the anniversary of the coup that brought him to power in 1969. "If Libya goes up in flames, who will be able to govern it? Let it burn," he said with his trademark verbal flamboyance.
The Syrian-based Al-Rai TV, which has previously broadcast several audio statements by Gaddafi and his sons, comes as the rebels who have seized control of most of the country extended by a week a deadline for the surrender of Sirte - originally set for Saturday.
Gaddafi vows to continue fighting ~ link ~ David Cameron today said he was "optimistic" about Libya's future as Colonel Muammar Gaddafi issued a defiant warning to rebels that they faced a "long battle".
In a broadcast on Syrian TV, the deposed Libyan despot apparently vowed his forces would fight "in every street, every village and every city".
Gaddafi vows to engulf Libya in flames - with video ~ link ~ In a message broadcast on the Syrian Arrai news channel, Gaddafi, who some believe may be hiding in the desert town of Bani Walid, was heard to rally his troops for battle.
"Let there be a long fight and let Libya be engulfed in flames," he was heard saying.
"We will not give up. We are not women. We will continue fighting."
Turkey: Israel has one day to apologize for Flotilla Raid ~ link ~ This fake dispute between Turkey and Israel is getting rather weak as Turkey is doing the bidding of Israel and NATO on the border with Syria. Stirling
