Advanced Biological Warfare (article by Lord Stirling) ~ link ~ I have a link to a free movie on Hulu, BLACK DAWN: THE NEXT PANDEMIC, that is most interesting.  The movie is about the spread of a naturally occurring mutation in the H5N1 virus; a rather nasty mutation that kills up to 10% of those it effects.  I strongly urge people to take the time to view this movie, as it shows the impact of what a single naturally occurring virus mutation can do.  In reality, a global strategic Advanced Biological-based war would be at least ten-fold as bad and more likely a hundred-fold in its impact as the viruses would be military designer-created (recombination DNA) diseases with a much stronger kill ratio (90% or higher fatality level from an infection) and there would likely be many dozens of viruses released at the same time, instead of only one disease.

Before we allow hardliners in Israel take us into yet another war, we need to take a very hard and realistic look at just what a war involving MAD on all sides would mean to Israel, to Europe, to North America and the entire world.

Ancient Scottish Barony Title for sale.  There are about 100 Scottish feudal baronies  that still exist; only a handful are from the very ancient Baronage of the Isles, as this one is.  In a time of economic crisis, it pays to put some of your wealth into important artwork, properties, etc. of rare value.  This is one of the most rare things that can be purchased and held. How Israel Plans To Rule The World ~ link ~ Any such plans, are based on dealing with the Devil, and as he is the 'great deceiver' such plans never work out so well.  Stirling

There are a number of major forces in the world today but by far the most aggressive of them is the force that lies behind the state of Israel, Zionism. And the force that lies, in turn, behind Zionism is the international bankers and, in particular, those bankers that form the Jewish clique who are by far the biggest players within the banking circle. They control the two most influential central banks in the world, the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve Bank of the the US. They also control the body that co-ordinates central banks throughout the world, the Bank for International Settlements in Basle Switzerland.

Actually, these bankers are not principally bankers at all but rather men, families, that are world dominionists. They intend to rule the world and they are well on the way after two hundred years of planning and manoeuvring. Money from banking is their primary tool. All their other power, influence and domination flow from this. The pre-eminent family amongst these bankers is the Rothschilds. Heinrich Heine, a poet-philosopher and banker's son said of James Rothschild, “Money is the god of this world and Rothschild is his prophet”. Note the quote stated “his” prophet. Heine personified this god. This personified god of money has a name, of course. Mammon.

Ex-Israeli Official: Mideast Dominoes Point to War ~ link George Birnbaum, an international political consultant who once served as chief of staff to former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, is warning that a domino-style collapse of moderate Arab regimes could lead Israel to war.

Birnbaum, an expert in global politics, cited Friday’s collapse of Hosni Mubarak in Egypt and the growing turmoil in nearby Jordan as ominous signs for Israel.

Israel’s neighbor on the other side of the West Bank is ruled by King Abdullah II, a constitutional monarch who is Hashemite, a minority. Abdullah reigns over a population that is 70 percent Palestinian.

The plan, unveiled by President Dmitry Medvedev and Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov as part of a comprehensive development program for Russia's Pacific Coast, envisages, among other things, the deployment of modern armaments to defend the country's eastern borders against a hypothetical military attack.

Mexico loses corn crop to cold ~ link ~ One more slice of the total global food market gone.  Stirling

Unusually cold weather has seriously damaged Mexico's corn crop in the northern state of Sinaloa, with an estimated loss of more than four million tons of corn.

Frost has affected more than 400,000 hectares (1.5 million acres) of the harvest in Sinaloa, an area with some of Mexico's richest farmland, the state-funded BBC reported. The loss amounts to approximately 16 percent of the country's annual harvest.

In Sinaloa, an estimated 26,000 hectares of other vegetables, or 71 percent of the crops, were also destroyed. Green beans, cucumbers and squash crops were largely affected, according to Patricio Robles, director of the Confederation of State Farming Associations of Sinaloa.

Other northern states have reported crop damage as well, including corn, wheat, soy and vegetables.

China's drought threatens global food security ~ link The dominoes falling in our global food shortages, at least the ones that are based on real shortages and not on speculation by Hedge Funds, began with the BP Oil Disaster in the Gulf of Mexico (at a site whose name translates into 'Devil's Food') with the death of the vital Loop Current, a key part of the Global Themohaline Circulation System.  Stirling

(, Feb12, 2011) China’s $2.85 trillion in foreign exchange reserves and the serious drought it is facing in its wheat producing north pose a serious danger to global food security, especially in the food importing developing world, according to a report Feb 8.

China’s state media reported Feb 7 that the country’s major wheat producing provinces in the north were facing their worst drought in 60 years. It also reported Feb 8 that Shandong Province, a cornerstone of Chinese grain production, was bracing for its worst drought in 200 years unless substantial precipitation came by the end of Feb’11.

But with $2.85 trillion in foreign exchange reserves, nearly three times that of Japan, the country with the world’s second-largest reserves, China has ample buying power to prevent any serious food shortages, noted the report.

“They can buy whatever they need to buy, and they can outbid anyone,” it quoted Robert S. Zeigler, the director general of the International Rice Research Institute in Los BaƱos, in the Philippines, as saying. That will obviously mean serious trouble for other developing food-importing countries.

"China's grain situation is critical to the rest of the world – if they are forced to go out on the market to procure adequate supplies for their population, it could send huge shockwaves through the world's grain markets," Zeigler was quoted as saying. It was China’s self-sufficiency in grain which prevented world food prices from moving even higher when they spiked three years ago, he has noted.

Egyptian Army asserts command as Egypt drifts back to work ~ link ~ Egypt's generals are asserting their command over the country following the overthrow of President Hosni Mubarak, preparing on Monday to ban strikes and to warn they will act against "chaos and disorder."

Having suspended the constitution and dissolved parliament on Sunday, moves welcomed by those who saw both institutions as perverted to Mubarak's personal ends, the armed forces council was planning, a military source said, to issue orders intended to stifle further disruption and get the country back to work.

Egyptian military dissolves Parliament - with video ~ link ~ This is a positive sign, as the most recent Parliamentary elections were rigged.  Stirling

Egypt's new military authorities say they are dissolving parliament and suspending the constitution. In a statement on state TV, the higher military council said it would stay in power six months, or until elections. Egypt's current parliament is dominated by supporters of President Hosni Mubarak, who was ousted on Friday after 18 days of mass protests.

Earlier there were scuffles in Cairo's Tahrir Square as protesters thwarted army efforts to remove them. The military police chief has called for tents to be cleared from the area, the focal point of the uprising that led to Mr Mubarak's departure. The BBC's Wyre Davis in Cairo says the situation on the square has become a good-natured standoff, but protesters have vowed to stay night after night.

Also, disruption caused by public sector strikes has prompted the central bank to declare an extra bank holiday on Monday. Correspondents say employees have been emboldened by the success of protesters and are now seeking the removal of bosses they blame for what they consider to be huge earnings gaps in their companies. A statement was read out on state TV on Sunday from the higher military council, saying it would suspend the constitution and set up a committee to draft a new one, before submitting it to a popular referendum.

Italy 'to deploy police to Tunisia' to tackle migration - with video ~ link   ~ The Italian government is to ask for permission to deploy its police in Tunisia, to tackle a sudden wave of immigration, say officials. Interior Minister Roberto Maroni said Europe was not doing anything to help stop the flow of migrants, the Italian news agency Ansa reports.

More than 4,000 migrants are reported to have arrived on the island of Lampedusa in the past few days. Italy has declared a humanitarian emergency and called for EU assistance. Mr Maroni, who is a member of the anti-immigration Northern League party, said the Tunisian system was "collapsing".

Switzerland rejects tighter gun controls ~ link ~ Proving, once again, that the Swiss people have both balls and brains.  Stirling
Swiss voters have rejected proposed tighter controls on gun ownership, final results show. Twenty of the 26 cantons and 56.3% of voters rejected the plan, meaning the current system allowing army-issue weapons to be kept at home will remain. Supporters of the tighter curbs wanted to have weapons kept in armouries and were demanding stricter checks on gun owners. Opponents said the move would have undermined trust in the army.

For the proposal to succeed, it required the support of the majority of both citizens and cantons. Geneva and Basel both bucked the trend by approving it, according to the Swissinfo website. But German- and Italian-speaking cantons outvoted the plan's supporters in the French-speaking west.

Italian women hold anti-Berlusconi demonstration - with video ~ link ~ Italian women have held protests nationwide and abroad against embattled Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. Thousands of protesters marched in more than 60 towns and cities nationwide. Some women carried banners reading "Italy is not a brothel", and said Mr Berlusconi had demeaned women with his recent sex scandals.

The premier denies attending sex parties and consorting with prostitutes, labelling the claims "disgusting" and politically motivated. Smaller protests were also held on Sunday in Brussels, Madrid, Lisbon, Paris, Lyon and Toulouse in France, and as far afield as Tokyo

British Justice secretary Ken Clark: Warns middle class over cuts - with video ~ link ~ The middle classes are unaware of the scale of government spending cuts that will hit them this year, Justice Secretary Ken Clarke has said.
Mr Clarke said the coalition should be prepared for political difficulty when Middle England feels the full impact. He told the Daily Telegraph he did not envisage a "quick rebound" for an economy in a "calamitous" state.

Dutch Cardinal Simonis accused of protecting abuser priest  ~ link ~ What kind of a man would allow anyone, much less a priest, who had attacked and raped several children to go about as a free man and facilitate his future raping of additional children!??  It is crap like this that has led me to Eastern Orthodoxy; 90-95% of their priests are married and they don't have such problems.  Stirling

A senior figure in the Dutch Catholic Church protected a priest who sexually abused children, Dutch media reports say. Cardinal Ad Simonis is accused of knowing of the allegations made against the priest when he transferred him to another parish, where he abused again. According to AFP, Mr Simonis said that at the time he believed that the priest - who has not been named - had changed. He said the priest's renewed abuse in Amersfoort was "lamentable". The priest was moved from his parish in Zoetermeer to a parish in Amersfoort after the local bishop complained about his abuse, Radio Netherlands says.

Ad Simonis - who served as archbishop from 1983 to 2007 - Radio Netherlands reports, did not tell the new parish of Amersfoort about the allegations against the priest, or monitor his behaviour. Dutch officials say six of the priest's victims reported incidents to the police from 1987 to 2008, the radio station reports. Erwin Meester, who says he was abused by the priest, is quoted as telling Radio Free Netherlands that Cardinal Simonis "wilfully and knowingly gave a paedophile his protection, when he should have been protecting the faithful under his care"

Greece slams IMF - EU interference ~ link ~
Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou
The European Union and the International Monetary Fund have been accused of interfering in Greece's domestic affairs after demanding asset sales to ease the country's debt burden.

Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou accused the EU and the IMF of practicing “unacceptable behavior,” on Saturday.

On Friday EU and IMF inspectors, along with European Central Bank experts had been monitoring Greece's implementation of a bailout plan which saved Athens from bankruptcy, AFP reported.

After finding revenue shortfall and reform processes being at risk in a quarterly audit, the three bodies demanded that Athens should act towards reforms at a faster pace and sell more public assets, a 50-billion-euro asset sale being among the demands.

FED Surpasses China In US Treasury Holdings ~ link ~

It's gotta be the Fed.  How many times have you heard or read something along those lines in the last two years.  As in, How can this insane rally in stocks keep going?  It's gotta be the Fed.  Or, How can 30-year Treasuries yield only 3.5%?  It's gotta be the Fed.  More pointedly...How can the U.S. government get foreigners to keep buying hundreds of billions of dollars in Treasuries every single month, when they get next to nothing in return -- are they suckers?  It's gotta be the Fed.

Well guess what, ladies and gentlemen, it is the Fed.  At the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Brian Sack and his NYU interns have bought so many Treasury securities that the Fed now owns more U.S. debt than anyone else in the world, including China.  China currently holds $896B.  Japan owns $877B.  And the Fed comes in at $1.108 TRILLION, and no sign of letting up.
This is the most recent chart we could locate and though not updated to reflect the changes of the past month, you get the idea.  Did someone say monetization?

US Justice Dept. Says FBI Does NOT Need A Court Order For Our Phone Records ~ link ~ Our Bill of Rights was put in place for one reason. To restrain the powers of the government. These executive orders singed by former President Bush and now President Obama makes it clear they become a law onto themselves without any check on their power from the courts or congress. I would like to know were does the Justice Department get this authority in the Constitution? It does not. The Fourth Amendment says:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
This is what sound like the same thing when the British crown and Parliament  passed The Stamp Act and the of The Writs Assistance Act where Soldier can write there own search warrants with out going before a judge to get the right to search a person or place without proving probable cause entering a home to find items that did not have the King's stamp on it.

Nukes found at Port of San Diego?

The worst thing that could happen to american people would be a nuke or financial meltdown. Im guessing to mask one with the other a wmd or Cyberattack would go a long way. And that would be the best thing for the powers that be. The disconnect is absolute.

I will not be surprised if it happens given the events that have followed in 9/11 footsteps.

However, this time it would be different people watching the news. People that know of the term "falseflag operation" and they will be vigilant. What good it may do?

The TV series Jericho may offer some credible scenarios?

"It may be that the global banking families are planning an American military intervention in Mexico within a few months or so".

Well, I also thought so for some time, but given the fact that Mexico could be worse than Afganistan and Irak combined I guess they are going to operate the set up of the North American Union under the guise of security.
