Gulf of Mexico Presents Unprecedented Toxicity Problems ~ link ~
If you`re living in the U.S., particularly within a thousand miles of the Gulf, you need to detoxify your body now. Here`s why: Crude oil is packed with a toxic chemical called benzene. Even in small amounts, benzene is associated with leukemia, Hodgkin`s Lymphoma and other serious blood and immune system diseases. The EPA`s "safe level" for benzene is 4 ppb (parts per billion) and benzene is being found in Gulf air at levels of 3,000 ppb. Crude oil is being smelled hundreds of miles away, and make no mistake, if you can smell oil, you`re breathing highly toxic benzene.

With the oil, numerous toxic gases are also gushing from earth and gases that everyone near the Gulf is being exposed to include hydrogen sulfide and methylene chloride. The EPA`s allowable limit for hydrogen sulfide is 5-10 ppb (parts per billion), but on May 3rd air levels of 1,192 ppb were recorded. A former oil company CEO says these levels pose serious, even fatal, risks to adults and unborn children. Hydrogen sulfide acts like carbon monoxide and cyanide gases - it inhibits cellular respiration and oxygen uptake, and causes cellular suffocation. As for methylene chloride, the body changes it to carbon monoxide - and it`s known to cause liver damage, skin damage and cancer. The EPA`s safe level for methylene chloride is 61 ppb - and it`s being found in the air at levels of 3,000 ppb.

US and China play 'chicken' in the Yellow Sea ~ link ~ As the world moves closer to global war/WWIII/Armageddon the Korean Peninsula 'heats up'.

A first rate crisis is brewing in and around the Korean Peninsula that may well come to a head this week. The escalation of military tensions in the Yellow Sea that separates the Korean Peninsula from the Chinese mainland is likely to take two pathways - one originating in Pyongyang and the other in Beijing - or both.

As Washington and Seoul respond with diplomatic and military measures to the alleged sinking of a South Korean naval ship, 'Cheonan', at the end of March by a small North Korean submarine, Pyongyang is promising more defiant action.

In a statement issued on Monday, the North Korean government referred to its "nuclear deterrent", a term that it had used before conducting nuclear tests in October 2006 and May 2009. This time around it went a step further to warn that it had a new approach to demonstrate its strategic capabilities.

PM Cameron and Harriet Harman clash over leaked Treasury document on unemployment ~ link ~
Harriet Harman today warned of "abject misery" in the jobs market after leaked Treasury documents suggested last week's emergency budget could drive up unemployment figures by as much as 1.3m.

The acting Labour leader used prime minister's question time to call on David Cameron to publish the secret Treasury analysis reported in today's Guardian.

The analysis reveals that George Osborne's austerity budget will result in the loss of at least 500,000 public sector jobs and between 600,000 and 700,000 jobs in the private sector by the end of this parliament.

Ken Clarke plans radical reform of UK prison system ~ link ~ About time!

Fewer offenders could be locked up in prison and more given community sentences under reforms of the criminal justice system being planned by the Government, Justice Secretary Kenneth Clarke indicated today.

In a speech, Mr Clarke described the 85,000 prison population in England and Wales as "astonishing" and question whether it delivers value for money for taxpayers.

Keeping a prisoner in jail costs an average £38,000 - more than sending a boy to Eton - but has too often proved "a costly and ineffectual approach that fails to turn criminals into law-abiding citizens", Mr Clarke said. In the worst prisons, jail sentences do no more than produce "tougher criminals" and introduce petty offenders to hardened felons.

The Secrets of Liquidity ~ link ~
The economy is beset with slowing retail sales, a plunging housing sector and falling credit usage. You might call this individual austerity. Consumer sentiment is consistent with recession. Job creation is negative as are loans to small and medium-sized businesses that create 70% of the jobs. The dollar’s strength is wreaking havoc for US exports, which had been improving.

Greece and Spain are in the soup prominently followed closely in the euro zone by Portugal, Ireland and Italy. China has seen a 9-month 25% fall in their stock market and they are facing a collapse in credit and in real estate.

We no longer consider the oil spill a major factor. It can be solved and turned off any time the Illuminists want to do so.

Politically, Israel has finally gone a step too far and Turkey finally realizes that the EU is never going to accept them due to religious reasons. Turkey is now in the Muslim block. That will be a problem for some of the pro-US-UK Muslim states in the Gulf in the future. Geopolitical risks abound and they are worsening along with sovereign debt problems.

Stimulus or Austerity: The People vs. the Banks ~ link ~
Had we just taken the many trillions of dollars given to the corrupt banks and Wall Street firms that caused the financial crisis in the first place, and instead given only one-fourth of this amount to all citizens over 18 (via debit cards) with the requirement that it be spent only on non-food/non-real estate manufactured items totally manufactured in America (or the EU for Europeans) we would be in the greatest economic period of prosperity now in history. Instead we have dug ourselves into a deep financial hole in the mist of a new global depression.

How long can the UK housing market avoid a crash? ~ link ~
A potentially lethal combination of stagnant living standards and declining mortgage approvals is threatening to send the housing market into a precipitous slump.

In separate warnings yesterday, it emerged that British consumers face a four-year wait for an improvement in their living standards, while a "double dip" recession in the housing market is now "more likely than not", according to City economists.

Bank of England data released yesterday suggests that the revival in property sales seen during the second half of last year has gone firmly into reverse, with every indication that prices will fall by next year, as lending remains so sluggish.

Almost 1 out of 3 first quarter home sales in USA a foreclosure ~ link ~ Foreclosure homes accounted for 31 percent of all residential sales in the first quarter of 2010, with the average sales price of properties that sold while in some stage of foreclosure nearly 27 percent below homes that were not in the process, Irvine, California-based RealtyTrac said.

"In a normal market, only 1 to 2 percent of home sales are foreclosures, so this is certainly a significant level," Rick Sharga, senior vice president at RealtyTrac, said in an interview.

Total U.S. foreclosure sales in 2009 were up more than 1,100 percent from 2006 and more than 2,500 percent from 2005. Foreclosure sales accounted for 29 percent of all sales in 2009, up from 23 percent in 2008 and a mere 6 percent in 2007, the real estate data company said.

Dear Lord Stirling,

It´s Wednesday evening in Germany, about 9.50 p.m. and I´m sitting here on the top floor of my home and I´m thinking of the things to come in the near future.

Yesterday, you posted an article by Fidel Castro which had the headline:

Attack on Iran imminent

It´s so damn hot here under the roof of my home. I can feel the heat on my skin. But it´s only 30 degrees Celsius (100 F ?).

Just imagine, the US and Israel are going to drop nuclear bombs on Iran.
What about the people living in Iran, people like you and me?

I am convinced that thousands of Iranian people are also suffering from the heat in their country during the summer.

Now imagine, what is going to happen.

People like you and me, sitting in their rooms under the roof writing letters, reading books or surfing the Internet.

Suddenly, there is a bright light and seconds later their skin is burnt.

They will be crying and weeping and praying to God (Allah).

A few seconds later their houses will be destroyed by the shockwave of an explosion.

Lots of them will be blind and deaf, their skin and muscles will be burnt.

Their loved ones will be dead.

The Gulf catastrophe

Wasted land, spoiled fresh water, poisened crops and seafood.

Evacuations by FEMA etc.

I´m sitting here, waiting for the end.
Should we store water, food, medicine and other valuable things or should we be ready to die, to go home to our Lord, the Saviour?

Yours in Christ,

Joaquin, Germany

According to Chapter 13:8 of the Book of Zechariah: “And it will happen throughout this territory—it is Yahweh Who Speaks—that *two* thirds in it will be cut off (‘will be killed’) and the remaining one third will be left.”

According to Revelations 9:13-15: “The sixth angel blew his trumpet, and I heard a voice come out of the four horns of the golden altar in front of God. It spoke to the sixth angel with the trumpet and said, ‘Release the four angels that are chained up at the Great River Euphrates.’ These four angels…were released to destroy *one* third of the human race.”

And, according to Revelations 16:18-19: “Then there were flashes of lightning and peals of thunder and the most violent earthquake that anyone has ever seen since there have been men on earth. The Great City was split into three parts and the cities of the world collapsed…”

Thus, the clear implication of these Prophecies taken together is that *one* third of the human race will be slaughtered as a result of the initiation of the war with Iran (“The nations were seething with rage...”); and that the *second* third of the human race will be slaughtered as a result of the Great Earthquake when ‘the cities of the world collapse’ (“and...the time has come to destroy those who are destroying the earth”—Revelations 11:18) as an expression of the Vengeance of God against this ‘civilization’ of vipers.
