Requiem for the Gulf - powerful video ~ link

Now that even BP has admitted that the 'Top Kill' procedure has been a total failure the federal government needs to take over the operation. It is imperative that this massive oil disaster, the largest by far in history, be stopped NOW. That can be done using a small nuke inserted into the relief well now being drilled. The nuclear device needs to go a thousand or so feet down into the soil, be backfilled, and detonated. This will move a massive amount of soil and rock and seal the well shaft and totally stop the undersea oil gusher, all the rest is bullshit. The Russians used nukes five times to plug out-of-control gushers, it is well past time for America to do the same. Stirling

Free Gaza Flotilla Subject to Coordinated Israeli Government Media Campaign and Military Action ~ link ~
According to an article in the Jerusalem Post [1] on May 25, 2010, the Israeli “Navy is preparing an operational plan to stop the flotilla of nine ships–loaded with hundreds of international activists and thousands of tons of supplies–– which are scheduled to try and break the sea blockade on Gaza by anchoring in the newly-expanded port later this week.” The article describes a military campaign coordinated with a major media campaign.

The web edition of the largest circulation paper in Israel, YNET, reports that “Israel is also preparing for the media blitz certain to follow the flotilla, which many believe will harm the state's [Israel’s] already floundering reputation.” [2] According to the article, “Foreign Ministry, IDF, and PR spokespersons are preparing interviews for global news agencies in order to explain Israel's position, mainly that the flotilla serves the terror organization ruling Gaza and not its residents.”

The 700 human rights workers on the nine boats of the International Freedom Flotilla come from 40 countries [3] and include 35 members of parliament from 15 different countries [4]. The humanitarian aid includes medical supplies, such as wheel chairs and medicine, toys for children, pencils, and building supplies, ranging from bags of cement to pre-fabricated homes.

According to the Jerusalem Post article, in preparation for the military campaign, the Israeli Defense Force “has established a joint taskforce together with the Israel Police, the Foreign Ministry and the Prisons Service to coordinate efforts to stop the flotilla and manage the potential media fallout.”

China holds back on blaming North Korea on South Korean warship sinking ~ link ~ There are real and very serious questions about the claims that the nuts in North Korea are responsible for the sinking of the South Korean corvette. It is clear that neither Russia nor China believes that this was anything other than a false flag operation. Even many religious leaders in South Korea are doubting the claims. Russia has a truly massive battle fleet in the Sea of Japan near the Koreas now. Both China and Russia border North Korea and are not happy about what is happening. This is a trigger point for WWIII.

Missouri Lawmakers' Bill to Assert Their Sovereignty and Disregard Federal Laws ~ link ~
This is great, and Missouri isn’t the only State doing this. What this bill will do is tell the Federal Government that citizens of Missouri will NOT be bound by any law the Federal Government makes which is unconstitutional (like Obamacare, for example). It would allow Federal taxes to be drawn into the State’s Treasury and given to the Federal Government based on how well the Feds perform based on Constitutional issues. This could even go so far as to exempt Guns made and sold in Missouri from being under any Federal Controls or Regulations.

Some other things this bill would do, in addition to what’s listed above:
-It would allow Missouri to define Marriage as a union between One Man and One Woman. It would allow Missouri to disregard any federal laws which would allow same-sex marriage.

-It would make it so that Missouri Citizens will NEVER have to pay any Carbon Taxes which are levied by the Federal Government.

-It would disregard Federal “Thought Crime” laws, with regard to “hate crimes”.

-It would disallow any federal interaction with people who choose to Home-School their children. It would keep Missouri students from being forced to learn things that the federal government mandates, it would return education to the states.

-It would require Missouri to recognize the Constitution under the “original intention” of the founding fathers. This means no more taking liberties with your liberty… if it doesn’t say it, it’s unconstitutional.

-It would allow Missouri citizens to disregard all of the unconstitutional Federal firearms laws.

-It would exempt Missouri from federal laws on abortion. In addition it will mean that the State of Missouri no longer has to provide any funding for them.

-It would keep private medical data private. Would not allow medical information to go into any sort of database.

-It would not allow the Government to have any say in the healthcare of individuals.

-It would ensure that illegals would never get healthcare or any other subsidies from the State government. It would exempt Missouri from any federal law which states that Missouri must give ID or services to illegals.

This is truly exciting. There are other states which are preparing the same bill in their legislature. Montana already has the law which exempts firearms made and sold in Montana from all federal rules and regulations, from what we understand.

The European and US Economies: Falling Dominoes ~ link ~

Attempting to fix an unfixable problem can create new problems. Why is the global economy unfixable in the current context? For one, the cause of the depression is never mentioned in the mainstream media or politicians. And when a disease is misdiagnosed, a prescribed medication creates new afflictions.

Massive, bad debt is often cited as the cause of the global depression, but whythis debt existed in the first place is never discussed. Quite simply, the debt was needed to buy the products of corporations that wages once consumed. Over time, corporations drove down wages to out-compete each other while driving up profits, creating the global “demand” for credit, which the banks are now demanding be paid back.

Unraveling the global trillions of dollars of bad debt must take the whole system down with it; no amount of “stimulus” will do the trick. Tinkering with the money supply is no fix either. Mountains of fake wealth (debt) need to be destroyed, taking real wealth down with it, since products (real wealth) were being produced with the idea that the fake wealth would gobble it up.

As wealth — both real and imaginary — is destroyed, a battle is being waged as to “whose” wealth will be eliminated as a result: that of the corporate-elite or the rest of us.

California is a greater risk than Greece, warns JP Morgan chief ~ link ~

Mr Dimon told investors at the Wall Street bank's annual meeting that "there could be contagion" if a state the size of California, the biggest of the United States, had problems making debt repayments. "Greece itself would not be an issue for this company, nor would any other country," said Mr Dimon. "We don't really foresee the European Union coming apart." The senior banker said that JP Morgan Chase and other US rivals are largely immune from the European debt crisis, as the risks have largely been hedged.

California however poses more of a risk, given the state's $20bn (£13.1bn) budget deficit, which Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is desperately trying to reduce.
